Our Bazaar began several decades ago primarily as a Russian food festival.  Every year since, attendance has increased due largely to the outstanding culinary skills of the parishioners of St. Nicholas Cathedral.  We prepare food and pastries from recipes handed down by relatives and friends who immigrated to Washington D.C. over the last century.  While our menu consists primarily of Russian and Ukrainian favorites like Beef Stroganoff, Golubtsy, Pirozhki, and Stuffed Blini, it also includes special dishes like Georgian Satsivi, Serbian Chevabchichi, and a variety of both Russian and American baked goods.  For a copy of this year’s menu and description of dishes click here.
